I don't know how to start but here goes

I had a lovely step Mummy taking care of me, but sadly I have lost her now. She was my career on holiday
She's unfortunately died.Since she died In 1993 I have been looking with no progress.
I am a wheelchair user and need no special treatment.That said, I am looking for someone, ideally female, but may consider the right sort of man, to treat me like the little girl I feel I really am inside.
I would like someone to be quite strong and strict, to set down rules and make me keep them and set up my curfew. You can do whatever you want to me within reason .
