I am a company director of a medium sized firm. I would like to find an older gentleman or lady who would like to mentor me and my business. I would anticipate this being someone who has been succesful in business themselves and ideally experienced in heading up a company, perhaps retired now.
I would anticipate meeting quarterly to discuss performance of the business and present the figures.
