I am offering to training the right people who want to improve there body, experience strict discipline and have a personal trainer of a different type. I do not want to be paid to help you get fit, lose weight and or tone up, but I will expect you to do as instructed and when you fail to follow or when I think needed, if not make you targets you know you will be punished. I will also have you present yourself for inspection on each visit in your training gear and before you are punished in just your tshirt, as embassesment is as good as the thrashing youll receive.
Want to get in shape then I can help. I work abroad lot of the year so after a meeting, training too see if you wish to continue if so targets will be set for you for my return.
I will not show a picture but if you PM me with a number i will get back and arrange a meet, I cannot accomodate but happy to travel
Also looking at running a home on with strict discipline, lifestyle control and behaviour control, going back to the 70s and before
