Warden
The rules of the Reformatory are as follows:
1) Absolute obedience is required at all times. Infractions will be punished either summarily or deferred and banked.
2) Punishment...frequency, implements, number of strokes, duration, body parts, severity and all things appertaining to the correction of wayward young ladies are at the sole discretion of the Warden or his designated proxy, either governor or governess of the reformatory.
3) No girl may leave the reformatory without kneeling before the Warden, thanking him for her temporary freedom, promising to be good and promising to return as/when ordered to recommence her regime of correction and usage.
4) In view of the generous donations made by the board of governors, wayward girls understand that they may be witnessed under correction by said governors, who may be allowed to administer discipline themselves.
5) Girls are expected to observe the highest standards of politeness, behaviour, and, when possible, modesty. Failures in this regard will be punished, including by exposure.
6) Insolence, sulking, brattiness, lying, pouting, foot stamping and indecent behaviour will all be punished. Particularly if offered to a governor or governess.
7) A governor or governess, or indeed any number of such present may be granted the powers of the Warden by proxy.
8) All inmates of the reformatory must report promptly, dressed as the little tarts that they are in high heels and stockings and wearing either uniform skirt or dress- no trousers, shorts or skorts are permitted . Tardiness will be corrected. The wearing or not, and type of knickers may or may not be specified prior to arrival.
9) All inmates must immediately alert the Warden or his proxy in case of injury, bleeding, or feeling medically unwell. Girls must keep hydrated at all times and are permitted to ask for water as needed.

I will meet with newbies as well as the experienced. Also happy to punish a lady in front of her partner.
