Strict and stern when required but also love having lots of fun and banter. Enjoy chatting and meeting with naughty females (wouldn't be nearly so enjoyable if you were good all the time!) who will push so far but who also know when the time comes enough is enough!
Have plenty of interests outside the disciplinary scene, and I do think it's important to be able to engage on many subjects and levels. Although clearly there is a reason why we're all here, so that subject will naturally always return to the fore.
Respect and honesty both ways are vital. Also the ability to hold intelligent, witty and on occasion challenging conversation.
